ART PHOTOGRAPHY - «I've had a passion
for fine art photography in both black and
white as well as color for most of my life.
As a kid I often got into trouble for going
through a whole roll of film in only minutes.
Over the years, my hobby has transformed into
something more than "just taking pictures".
I have found myself becoming more and more
enthralled with nature, wildlife, abstract, and fine
art photography. As my craft developed, I found
myself drawn to a unique angle of an exact
moment, without manipulating composition ...
My subjects revealed themselves, and I was there
with the lens, in the right place of the right time.
Expressing my personal perspective I try to
capture the beautiful simplicity of what I see, a
brief instant frozen in time. To capture these
split seconds, I don't use color filters or en-
hancers, nor do I digitally change the image
other than the normal dust removal and proper
exposer adjustments which scanned in high
resolution - very few are cropped; but what
I do use are telephoto zoom and macro lens.
This allows me to get very close to whatever I am
photographing. Almost all the images shown
on this site are telephoto or macro photos.
The majority of the fine art, nature, and black &
white photos have been photographed with
extreme telephoto (100mm to 500mm) and macro
lenses. All of which are in 35mm format. These
photographs are randomly changed. I wanted
the viewing of the photogallery to be fast, easy,
memorable, and enjoyable. Please feel free to
