From Thursday May 31, to Saturday June 2, 2007 included, you are invited to take part in the Festival «Échecs, Art et Modernité 2007» («Chess, Arts and Modernity»), organised in Trois-Rivières, Québec (Canada), in partnership by the Trois-Rivières municipality, the «Fédération Québécoise des Échecs» and the very dynamic «Club d'Échecs de Trois-Rivières» .

This festival wants to be a means of offering to all members of the family an occasion to meet, to be diverted and to have fun around the chess game.

The calendar of activities includes an alive chess game, simultaneous ones, a youth tournament, an adult tournament (rated by the Québécois Chess Federation) and somes conferences on the Chess game.

You are awaited in very great number in this demonstration!
